The OnDevelopment identity is built on one idea: clarity is a competitive edge. It uses one mark, one signal colour and a strict type system. Precision is the personality.
An open ring with a live dot set into its gap. It works three ways at once: the O of On, a power indicator switched on, and a lens with a focal point. It also suggests work in progress, a circle that is almost complete. That is how we see development.
A restrained palette that lets one electric colour do all the talking. Signal marks what matters: an action, a live state, a result. Focus Violet is secondary and appears only in data and campaign art.
A tight grotesk does the work. An italic serif adds warmth and emphasis, used for one or two words per headline and never for body text. Mono is for data and labels.

We sound like a senior partner, not a salesperson: direct, specific and quietly confident.
Specifics beat superlatives. Name the number, the timeline, the outcome.
“Blazing fast sites”
“Sub‑2‑second load on mobile.”
We talk about where the client is going, not how impressive we are.
“Award‑winning agency”
“Where do you want to be in 12 months?”
No jargon walls. If a founder can’t repeat it, rewrite it.
“Synergistic omnichannel solutions”
“A site that sells, and people who find it.”
